Chocolate biscuit cake

This interesting and easy cake can be prepared at home without an oven or an electric beater. It looks amazing and is soft and delicious too. Here is the recipe of chocolate biscuit cake.

30 Bourbon biscuits
1 cup boiled and cooled milk
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
Cherries as required
1 tsp ghee
Kit Kat chocolates 
Gems candies

Crumble the biscuits into a fine powder
Add powdered sugar into it and mix well
Now add 1 cup milk slowly and gently mix without forming any lumps
Add baking powder and baking soda; mix
Grease a cake tin or vessel with ghee 
Pour half of the batter into the tin
Add some chopped cherries (you could also add dry fruits and nuts of your choice)
Now pour the remaining batter on top
Boil some water in a vessel or pressure cooker and place a stand
Now, place the cake tin on the stand 
Steam the cake for 30-40 minutes on low flame
Allow the cake to cool down completely
Decorate the cake with Kit Kat bars; you could use a satin ribbon to hold the bars tightly
Place Gems candies on top of the cake to add a pop of colour.
