White sauce spaghetti pasta

White sauce pasta is one of the easiest pasta recipes that you can make. It is also one of the most popular pasta recipes. Here’s how to cook drool-worthy white sauce spaghetti pasta.

Ingredients
250 gm spaghetti pasta
1.5-litre water
½ cup pasta stock
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
200 gm chicken (small pieces)
1½ teaspoon powdered pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoon maida
2 cup milk
Salt as required
1 teaspoon chilly flakes
2 cheese slices
Preparation
Boil water with ½ teaspoon salt
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10 to 12 minutes
Set aside ½ a cup of this water
Pour out the rest and rinse the pasta in cold water. Keep aside
Heat a pan, pour in two tablespoons of olive oil
Add one teaspoon garlic, ½ teaspoon powdered pepper and ½ teaspoon oregano to the chicken
Cook well and set aside. Lower the flame and in the same pan heat one teaspoon olive oil and butter
Add one teaspoon garlic and maida
Stir well, but see that it does not turn crispy brown
The white colour of the ingredients should be maintained
Pour the milk in slowly, stirring all the while to avoid it from turning lumpy
Add one teaspoon powdered pepper, salt, chilly flakes and cheese
Mix well and then blend in the chicken and pasta
Transfer the pasta into a plate
Style it up with grated cheese and finely chopped parsley leaves
