Espresso Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta is a classic Italian dessert that is made with fresh cream, milk, sugar and gelatin. Interestingly, the rich and creamy Panna Cotta could be prepared in a jiffy and is the perfect dessert to serve during house parties. The instant coffee gives the dessert a refreshing flavour and aroma. The smooth and silky soft texture is the most amazing highlight of a perfect Panna Cotta. Ingredients
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp instant coffee powder
½ cup fresh cream
1 tbsp gelatin ¼ cup hot water
Preparation
Boil water in a pan, add the gelatin
Stir until the gelatin melts; set this aside
Boil milk and add sugar into it
Now add the instant coffee powder and fresh cream
Mix well
Into it add the gelatin and mix
Pass this mixture through a strainer
Allow this mixture to cool down
Pour the Panna Cotta mix in moulds or glasses
Keep these in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
Enjoy the espresso Panna Cotta after it is nicely set.
