Mini funfetti cakes are cute desserts that taste amazing too. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 egg
1+3 + 2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp sprinkles
Preparation
Beat the egg by adding sugar
Into it add the oil and vanilla essence
Beat well
Now add the all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt
Mix using a spatula
Add the sprinkles too
Pour the batter into a small baking tin
Bake for 20-15 minutes on 170 degrees
Crumb coat the cake with buttercream
Decorate with more sprinkles.
