Prawns uzhunnu vada

Uzhunnu vada is a very popular snack across South India. It is one wholesome snack you can eat anytime you feel like munching. How about sprucing it up further by adding some prawns? You could pair this yoghurt chammanthi to make it an irresistible combo.

Ingredients
Black gram - 1/4 kg
Green chillies - 2 pieces
A small piece of ginger
Half Onion
Curry leaves - 1 or 2 bunch
Prawns - 1/4 kg
Salt to taste

Preparation
Soak black gram for two hours and grind it without adding water.
Add chopped green chilly to it.
Add finely chopped onions and ginger to it.
Then add curry leaves and salt to taste.
Mix all these and knead well.
Slightly wet the hand and make the dough into a doughnut shape.
Now place the spiced prawns on both sides and fry it in boiling oil.
