Triple layered chocolate mousse

Here is how you could easily prepare silky soft triple layered chocolate mousse at home.

3 cups whipping cream (cold)
3 tsp gelatin
3 tbsp hot water
¼ cups each of whipping cream
130 gms dark chocolate
130 gms milk chocolate
130 gms white chocolate

Beat 3 cups whipping cream in a bowl until it is soft
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, soak gelatin in hot water
Melt dark chocolate and whipping cream in the double boiling method
Into it add the melted gelatin and 1/3 part of the softened whipping cream
Fold well
Transfer this into a mousse glass and keep in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
If you are using a mousse glass then fill up to 1/3 part of the glass
Similarly, prepare the milk chocolate and white chocolate mixtures too
Pour them in the mousse glass in layers
Set in fridge.
