If you are in mood to cook some exotic fish dishes at home, here is a recipe that is part of the 'Fish Trap Festival' at Cafe Delhi Heights restaurant.

Ingredients
60 gm salmon
25 gm rocket lettuce
1.5 gm salt
1 gm black pepper
15 gm cherry tomato
15 ml balsamic vinegar
10 ml lemon juice

Preparation
Skin the salmon fillet
Cut into very thin slices with a sharp knife and place it on a starter plate
Top up salmon with rocket lettuce and cherry tomato and season with salt and black pepper
Now serve salmon carpaccio with balsamic drizzle.
