Today we are sharing a chocobar recipe using broken wheat. It is as tasty as it can get and can be made at home very easily. The crunchy peanut outside and creamy vanilla inside will surely make you fall in love with it. It can be made easily at home and is an eggless recipe. So both kids and older ones can enjoy it. Ingredients
½ cup broken wheat
½ cup of sugar
1 cup milk
Vanilla essence
1 tsp butter
Ingredients for chocolate
50 gm butter
¼ cup of cocoa powder
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup of milk powder
½ tsp vanilla essence
Crushed peanuts

Preparation
Rinse the wheat well, add some water and let it soak
Grind the soaked wheat and extract the juice. Add milk and sugar and mix well
Keep this aside and cool it off
Pour some water into the cooker and bring to a boil
Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder and milk powder
When the water boils, reduce the heat and melt the butter in a bowl and melt it in a double boiler
Add a little bit of cocoa powder and make chocolate
After mixing well, add vanilla essence and let it cool. Now add crushed peanut and mix it
Put crushed peanuts in an ice cream mould and pour chocolate in it
Rotate the mould so that the chocolate is evenly distributed. Let it set in the freezer
Add butter and vanilla essence into the wheat mixture and beat well
It can be poured into an ice cream mould and left to set overnight.
