Make yummy ice cream without adding any artificial ingredients, ideal for kids during the summer season.
250 gm jackfruit
250 gm fresh cream
200 gm condensed milk
¼ cup milk
4 slices of jackfruit for garnishing
Add the jackfruit and milk to the mixer and grind it well
Add fresh cream and condensed milk and grind well again
Then transfer it to a bowl to set the ice cream, spread the chopped fruit on top of it, close the jar and place in the freezer overnight.
The next day the ice cream is ready.
