Try this refreshing and healthy drink to beat the summer sun. 

Ingredients
2 glass rice water (not too thick)
A palm full of drumstick leaves (washed in hot water and strained)
2-3 bird eye chillies
½ inch piece of ginger
Palm full of curry leaves, coriander leaves and mint leaves
Salt as required
Juice of 1 lemon
5 -6 ice cubes

Preparation
Blend all the ingredients with 1 glass of rice water
Add the remaining rice water and mix well
Pass the drink through a strainer
Serve chilled
You could use a small green chilli instead of the bird eye chillies.
