Refreshing sharbat for summer

It’s good to know that there is an ever refreshing drink to quench our thirst and cool our body during this hot summer. And that is nothing else but a glass of chilled sharbat. Many of us know that sharbat is the best drink during the sunny summer to make us feel much refreshed and cool. We can easily make refreshing and chilled sharbat at home.

Ingredients
A small cup of finely chopped Nannari Roots
One kilogram of sugar
Two litres of water

Preparation
Take a small cup of sugar in a pan and fry on low heat
When the sugar changes colour and dissolves, add a litre of water into it
When the water boils, add all the sugar to the water
We can also pour the remaining one litre of water into it
When the water boils, add the finely chopped pieces of Nannari and mix well for a while
Check the aroma and taste of Nannari, if needed, we can add a little more Nannari and boil it
Then strain it and put it in another bottle
Take a quarter glass of sharbat from this and add lemon juice and water (we can also add soda instead of water) to make Nannari sharbat
The chilled and delicious Nannari sharbat is ready.
