Karaka or dry dates
Boil the milk
Add sugar and custard powder when the milk begins to boil
Stir well and prepare smooth custard that isn’t too thick
Cut the fruits into small pieces and soak them in sugar syrup
Keep them in the fridge
Add the sugar-soaked fruits to a serving glass as the first layer
Now add the flattened rice
Grated coconut comes as the next layer
Add the cashews and raisins
Finally, add the custard as the top layer
Garnish with some flattened rice and nuts.
