Check out the very simple recipe of delicious and refreshing milk sarbath.

Ingredients
½ litre milk
4 tbsp nannari/naruneendi (Indian sarsaparilla) extract
1 tbsp basil seeds/ poppy seeds
Ice cubes as required
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Preparation
Soak the basil seeds in water
Add the nannari extract, milk, ice cubes and ice cream to a mixer jar
Blend well
Into it add the soaked basil seeds
Mix well and enjoy.
