2 ½ cups milk
½ cup water
10 - 12 dates
1 tbsp honey
Boil and cool the milk
Wash and peel the beetroot and cut it into thin slices
Cook the beetroot by adding ¼ cup water
Allow the cooked beetroot to cool down
Now blend the cooked beetroot by adding some milk
Set it aside
Blend the dates and milk separately
Into it add the beetroot pulp, remaining milk, ¼ cup cold water and honey
Serve the juice chilled.
