Delicious lassi is the perfect drink to quench your thirst and refresh you during summers. Instead of buying soft drinks from outside, rich and creamy lassi could be easily made at home. Here is the recipe for mango lassi.
1 ½ cups or 1 ripe mango (preferably fibre less; cut into small pieces)
1 ½ cups yoghurt
½ cup cold water (you could add milk instead of water)
3 tbsp sugar (or as required)
Blend the mango pieces and sugar in a mixer jar
Add the yoghurt and blend again
Add the cold water or milk
The drink tastes best when served cold.
