Araisi is a rich and delicious Arabian smoothie drink that is prepared with mangoes and dates. Dry fruits, nuts and a scoop of vanilla ice cream would elevate this drink to the next level. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes
5 - 6 dates
Grapes
2 apples
1 banana
Nuts as required
Dry fruits
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
½ cup cold water
½ cup boiled and cooled milk
Honey if required
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Preparation
Cut the nuts, dry fruits, grapes, apples and banana into small pieces
Take the dates, 1 mango, cold water or ice cubes and boiled and cooled milk in a mixer jar
Blend well
Add honey only if it isn’t sweet to your preference
Fill 1/3 rd part of a glass with this smoothie
Add the dry fruits, nuts, fruit pieces and the desiccated coconut
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top
Garnish with apple slices and dry fruits
Enjoy the delicious araisi drink.
