Pazham pori or crispy banana fritters is an iconic snack that is loved by Keralites around the globe. Here is a unique recipe of tasty pazham pori which is made with good old dosa batter.
5 big bananas
1/2 cup dosa batter
3/4 cup all purpose flour
Water as required
1/4 cup sugar
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
oil to fry
Cut the bananas into three thin slices
Prepare the batter by mixing the dosa batter, all purpose flour, water, sugar, salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds
Dip the banana slices in this batter
Deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour
Enjoy the crispy banana fritters with black tea or milk tea.
