Prawns have the perfect level of crunch and softness. Here is a recipe of a starter using prawns soaked in creamy butter garlic paste and we guarantee that you are going to love it!
4 tbsp butter
10-15 pieces of prawns
1 tsp flour
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup grated cheese
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
1 tbsp parsley
In butter, fry the prawns for two-three minutes until it turns pink colour and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer it to a place and set aside.
In the same skillet, add flour and cook for a minute until the raw smell goes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in lemon juice, cream and seasoning
Simmer for two minutes
Add the prawns and toss. Let the sauce thickens.
Add cheese and mixed herbs
Take off from the heat
Add enough salt and pepper and serve.
