1 ripe papaya
4 tbsp sugar
Vanilla essence as required
Condensed milk as required
Cut the papaya into small pieces
Blend them into puree
Add frozen milk and sugar
Now add the vanilla essence and condensed milk too
Serve the papaya shake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top
This shake should be enjoyed as soon as it is made. It could turn bitter if the shake is kept in the room temperature or in the fridge for too long.
