Sweet and perfect wheat halwa that melts in the mouth

Let’s take a look at how to make a healthy wheat halwa with the same flavour you get from the bakery, but this one is enriched with the goodness of medicinal palm jaggery.

Ingredients
1 cup wheat powder
250 gm palm jaggery/ jaggery
2 and 1/2 cups water
4-5 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
10-12 pieces of cashews

Preparation
Take 250 grams of palm jaggery or jaggery and add 1/2 cup of water
Melt jaggery in water, strain it and keep it aside
When the halwa is ready, we need a mould to set the same. Ghee should be applied in this mould and kept ready before preparing the halwa
Next step is adding two cups of water to the wheat flour and mix well without any lumps. After that, this mixture should be strained and kept
Heat a pan on a stove, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and fry the nuts until it turns golden brown
Now combine the filtered mixture with the hot jaggery pan and pour the nuts into the roasting pan
Then turn on the stove and let it dry on medium heat without touching it. Occasionally ghee can be added. It will simmer well for about 20 minutes
At this time, add roasted nuts, cardamom powder, salt and 1/2 tablespoon ghee and mix well
For those who like to scoop and eat on a spoon, you can turn off the stove at this time and put it into the mould
Set the fire between the medium and the low and let it dry for another 5 minutes before cutting and eating
Transfer it to the prepared mould and flatten with a spoon
After cooling well, it can be removed from the mould and cut. Healthy and delicious halwa is ready. Try this and check which is the best halwa. The homemade or the one from the bakery!
