½ cup milk
¾ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt as required
½ tsp sugar
1 garlic clove (chopped)
½ tsp vinegar/lime juice
Take milk, vegetable oil, pepper powder, salt, sugar, garlic and vinegar/lime juice in a mixer jar
Blend on high speed for 10-15 seconds
Make sure that the jar doesn’t heat up
The mayonnaise would be split if the jar heats up.
