Having the herbal hunza tea twice a day could help you in your weight loss journey. Besides, diabetic patients too can enjoy it. Here is the recipe of the immunity boosting hunza tea.
2 cups water (1/2 litre)
3 cardamom pods
1 big cinnamon stick
6 mint leaves
10 gms jaggery (optional)
8 holy basil leaves (or 1 tsp dried basil)
A pinch of tea powder (optional)
Lemon juice as required
Boil all the ingredients in a sauce pan
Lower the flame when the tea boils
Simmer the herbal tea for 10 minutes with the lid on
After 10 minutes strain the tea
Add a few drops of lemon juice into hot hunza tea
Mix well and enjoy.
