Some studies suggest that consumption of hibiscus helps promote weight-loss lower bad cholesterol levels. Here is a super-easy and super-refreshing drink made with freshly-plucked hibiscus flowers.
Ingredients
1 Hibiscus flower
1 lime
Salt
Sugar syrup
Soda
Ice cubes
Preparation
Pluck out the petals from the hibiscus flower
Crush it along with the remaining ingredients on a blender
Run the drink through a sieve
Serve immediately
