Ingredients
300 gm dark chocolate
A small pinch of salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp dried cherries, chopped (Optional. You can use any dried fruit of your choice)

Preparation
Melt the chocolate using bain-marie method or in a microwave
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Pour this into a mould
Allow it to cool down and set
Break the cooled down chocolate bark into pieces and serve
