Dates laddoo: The perfect snack for diabetic patients

Diabetic patients are often worried about fluctuating blood sugar levels while travelling as they may not be able to eat proper meals at the right time. Delicious laddoo made with flattened rice and dates is the perfect snack to munch on during trips. Check out the recipe here:

Ingredients
1 cup flattened rice
½ cup dates
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup almonds
2 cardamom pods

Preparation
Toast the flattened rice until they turn crispy
Do not forget to stir it at intervals
Take the toasted flattened rice, cashews, almonds and cardamom in a mixer jar
Grind into fine powder
Transfer them into a plate
Now grind the dates in the mixer jar
Add the previous prepared flattened rice mixture
Blend again
Shape into balls using your palms
Tasty and nutritious laddoo is ready!
