Check out the recipe of a special marinade masala that would add oodles of flavour to fried fish.

Ingredients
1 kg fish
2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt as required
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp first extract of coconut milk
For the masala
Chopped curry leaves
3 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped ginger
1 cup chopped shallots
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
Coconut oil to fry

Preparation
Mix chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice in coconut milk
Add the cleaned fish fillets
Mix well and keep aside
Take the ingredients of the masala in a bowl and mix well using your fingers
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Add the fish fillets
Flip when one side is almost cooked
Now, add the masala
Allow everything to cook well
This fish fry tastes good when served hot.
