Salads are not just enjoyed by those who follow a healthy diet to shed weight, but they could be eaten as a perfect summer food that refreshes our body. Check out the recipe of a delicious summer salad.

1 ripe mango
6 plums
1 carrot
½ papaya
1 tomato
1 green chilli
½ tsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1 boiled egg (cut into small pieces)
Salt as required
Pepper as required

Finely chop the green chillies
Add oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients
Pour the dressing
Mix well
You could use cabbage instead of lettuce.
