Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
¼ cup grated coconut
1 egg
1 cup lukewarm water
¼ tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
Salt as required

Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer jar
The batter should be a bit loose
Pour the batter into unniyappam vessel
Flip and cook both sides
Delicious kunjappam is ready.
