Ingredients
¾ cup cooked chicken
6 eggs
2 onions
1 tbsp ginger – garlic paste
2 green chilies
1 sprig curry leaves
2 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp garam masala
4 bunches of coriander leaves
24 samosa sheets
Salt as required
Oil as required
Preparation
Cook the chicken with salt and pepper
Shred the cooked chicken; keep it aside to be used later
Meanwhile, boil the eggs and cut in half
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté ginger – garlic paste, green chilies, curry leaves and onions
Into it add turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt
Add shredded chicken too
Mix well
Add chopped coriander leaves
Give everything a good mix before turning off the flame
Place a samosa sheet on top of another
Now place some chicken filling
Add egg too
Spread all purpose flour mixed with water on the four sides of the samosa sheet
Fold into a box shaped snack
Fry in hot oil
Serve hot with tomato ketchup of coriander chutney
