Orange juice with poppy seeds: An amazing summer drink

Citrus fruits and juices can help you combat the summer heat, protect your immune system and improve stomach health. If you like orange and the various drinks made from it, you should try making a special orange juice with poppy seeds in it on a hot day. Adding poppy seeds to this juice can further aid digestion, thanks to its dietary fiber, lower your cholestrol levels and improve heart health, alongside offering a ton of other health benefits. Here's the easy recipe:

200 gms orange (without skin and seeds)
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 scoops ice cream
10 ml lemon juice
75 gms sugar
4 ice cubes

Blend the orange with sugar in a mixer jar
Pour the juice and the rest of the ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes.
