Crunchy ragi murukku would make tea time even better

Healthy snacks are the best way to satiate your hunger pangs while staying in shape. This delicious millet murukku would be loved by both kids and adults alike. Check out the recipe here.
Ingredients
1 cup ragi/finger millet powder
1 cup chickpea flour
½ cup rice powder
2 tsp butter
4 tsp hot oil
3 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp asafoetida powder
Salt as required
Curry leaves
Preparation
Mix millet powder, butter, hot oil and the rest of the ingredients
Add enough water and mix into soft dough
Fill a murukku/idiyappam mould (sevanazhi) with the dough
Press into hot oil
Fry into crunch murukku
Add some fried curry leaves too.
