Fenugreek powder is excellent to have in monsoon season; Here's how you make it

The Malayalam month of Karkidakam aka monsoon season is when Keralites consume medicinal porridges and herbal mixtures to rejuvenate the body. Fenugreek powder is excellent to ease joint pain. Besides, it helps in controlling diabetics and maintaining heart health. Here is how to make fenugreek powder easily at home.

Ingredients
100 gms fenugreek
1/8 parts of dried coconut
25 gms jaggery
¼ tsp salt

Preparation
Toast the fenugreek seeks in a thick-bottomed pan until they are dark brown
After it has cooled down, grind it into fine powder in a mixer jar
Powder half of the dried coconut
Powder the jaggery too
Now mix all the powder along with salt
Store in air-tight glass jars for up to two weeks
You could consume a teaspoon of this powder every day if you have joint pain.
