Ingredients
20 gms ash gourd puree
10 gms ash gourd cubes
1 lime
200 ml soda
5 gms mint leaves
15 gms sugar
4 ice cubes

Preparation
Cut lime into 4 pieces and put into a glass
Add the ash gourd purée, mint leaves and sugar
Mix it well and add chilled soda and ice cubes
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a round lime slice
