Papaya laddu: Satisfy your sweet tooth within no time

Papaya is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and fibre, and includes various anti-oxidant nutrients such as carotene, flavonoids, and vitamin C. India is the world’s largest producer of papaya and the fruit is consumed both raw and in cooked forms.

It is also used for a variety of lip-smacking delicacies, including burfi. Shall we try making laddu with papaya? This quick dessert is healthy and tastes heavenly.

2 cups of ripened papaya (grated)
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cook the papaya for three minutes in steam or in a pan
Add the sugar and stir well for some time
As the mix gets into a sticking consistency, add the lemon juice and make them into small balls.
The laddu is ready. Enjoy the easy-to-cook dessert to the fullest!
