Salt
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp masala powder

Preparation
Pour the coconut oil into a pan and light it
When it becomes hot, put some sliced shallots into it
Add salt (minimum) and saute the mix
Add chilly powder and turmeric powder and stir the mix till the raw smell of shallots goes away
Ensure that the flame is low when you do all these
Add the masala powder too only if your children like the flavor
Once the raw smell of the masala powder is gone, put the cooked idiyappam into the mix
Stir well until the mix gets powdered
Add roasted pappad into it for crispiness
