Broccoli rice with grilled prawns: A versatile dish that's also healthy

Broccoli florets are cooked in many different ways and it brims with vitamin C, E, K, omega 3, potassium, and more. Just like cauliflower rice, broccoli rice can also be paired with a variety of non-vegetarian options and the result can be mind-blowing. Here we pair broccoli rice with grilled prawns to have a healthy, filling meal. Here's the recipe: 

Ingredients
1 broccoli
80 ml olive oil
5 gms chopped garlic
5 gms chopped onions
10 gms chopped red capsicum
10 gms chopped green capsicum
Salt to taste
2 gms turmeric powder
150 gms medium prawns without skin
5 gms ginger garlic paste
10 ml vinegar
4 gms black pepper powder
For Garnish
Ripe red chilly slice
Pomegranate seeds 
Microgreens 

Preparation
Grate broccoli and blanch with salt and turmeric powder 
Marinate the prawns using salt, turmeric, pepper and ginger garlic paste
Keep it aside
Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, onion and capsicums
Cook for 2 minutes in medium heat and add the prepared grated broccoli 
Mix well for 1 minute in high heat
Grill the marinated prawns in a Tawa for 2 to 3 minutes using olive oil 
Arrange the prepared broccoli rice in a bowl and place the prepared prawns over the rice and garnish
