It’s lunchtime, and you were too busy during the day to make any curry. Don’t worry, make a simple, flavourful moru curry in a flash. It goes well with steamed rice. If you have roasted pappad too, it makes a delicious and well-rounded meal. You can make this special moru curry that has medicinal benefits. Here’s how to go about it:

Ingredients
1 small piece of ginger
1 small piece of dried ginger
¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chillies
1 red chilli
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
¼ teaspoon cumin seed powder
¼ teaspoon fenugreek powder
Salt (as required)
1 or 2 sprigs of curry leaves

Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Add mustard, cumin, fenugreek, green chilli, red chilli, turmeric powder (only a little), salt, pepper powder, fenugreek powder, cumin seed, and powder
Saute the mix well
Now pour the buttermilk and required water into it and heat it for a few minutes on medium flame
Enjoy the special moru curry with hot steaming rice
