Among others, they can quietly weave their magic for those seeking luscious locks and trimmer silhouettes if consumed regularly. Halim seeds, also known as ‘Ashali’ or Garden Cress, have long been celebrated in traditional Ayurveda for their diverse health benefits. One of the most enchanting qualities of halim seeds lies in their ability to promote hair growth.

Rich in antioxidants, they are loaded with essential fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6. Besides, they are also enriched with calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, proteins, iron, and folic acids and can thus offer a nourishing elixir for your locks. Halim seeds are also revered for their potential in supporting weight loss. Packed with dietary fiber and proteins, these seeds impart a sense of fullness, curbing untimely cravings and promoting a balanced approach to eating. The fiber content and fatty acids aid in maintaining a healthy digestive system by ensuring that your body efficiently absorbs fat-soluble vitamins and other nutrients while eliminating waste.
