Why oats?
If you're on a journey to shed some extra weight, oats should become a staple in your daily diet. Versatile and easy to cook, oats can be incorporated into various dishes, including smoothies, porridge, puttu, dosa, and idli.

Nutritional powerhouse:
Nutrition and health experts advocate for the incredible benefits of oats. Packed with essential nutrients like manganese, phosphorous, magnesium, and zinc, oats contribute to maintaining bone health. Furthermore, they contain antioxidants and phytochemicals with anti-inflammatory properties, aiding in the prevention of severe diseases like cancer.

Heart health and digestion:
Oats' protein and beta-glucans facilitate digestion and protect the heart by regulating cholesterol levels. Consuming oats as a main meal for a week can effectively reduce LDL cholesterol levels. Oats are also known to assist in insulin production, making them beneficial for individuals managing diabetes.

Metabolism boost and cell protection:
Oats contain B vitamins like thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), and niacin (B3), enhancing the body's metabolism. Folate (B9) and vitamin E in oats protect cells, while beta-glucans reduce cholesterol levels, safeguarding the heart from ailments like heart attacks. The fibre content in oats reduces hunger pangs, preventing overeating and facilitating smoother digestion.

Boosting immunity:
Oats serve as a storehouse of healthy fibres, boosting immunity with B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and other essential nutrients. Including oats in your regular diet can contribute to overall well-being.
