Excessive coffee consumption is not good for health. However, coffee powder plays a major role in beauty care. Coffee powder masks are commonly used to soften the face and skin and to improve complexion. A common and easy way people try to improve their complexion is by bleaching their face at beauty parlours. However, bleaching is not good for skin health. The chemicals it contains are harmful to the skin. But you can make a great bleaching mixture at home using coffee powder. This improves skin radiance while maintaining its health.
Coffee powder
Rich in antioxidants, coffee powder is excellent for skin care. Coffee powder contains a high level of chlorogenic acid. This increases collagen production in the skin, reducing wrinkles. It also reduces blackheads and protects against clogged pores.
Milk
Milk provides moisturising benefits to the face. Milk is excellent for making skin glow and reducing wrinkles. It cleanses the skin by removing oil and dirt. The lactic acid in milk helps prevent acne.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is very good for reducing wrinkles. It prevents sagging skin and helps naturally enhance complexion.
How to prepare the bleaching mixture
Take two teaspoons of coffee powder in a bowl. Add unboiled milk to it. Then crush and add a Vitamin E capsule. Mix these well and apply on the face. Gently massage the mixture into your face with your fingers. Wash it off after half an hour. You will see the difference.
