The feeling that no matter how much you prepare, you can't achieve perfection. Even with foundation and concealer, the dark circles under my eyes stubbornly remain visible. Increased computer and mobile phone use, coupled with constant sleep deprivation, makes dark circles under the eyes one of the most common beauty concerns for women. But those who can't afford expensive beauty treatments have remedies readily available in their kitchens.

Cooling and dark circle removal
Some people drink cucumber juice on an empty stomach to brighten their skin and flush out toxins. To use it topically, cut two slices of cucumber, chill them in the refrigerator, and then place them on your eyes. Cucumber cools the eyes and helps lighten dark circles. Alternatively, soak a cotton pad in cucumber juice, place it on your eyes, and close your eyes for a while. Remove the cotton pad once it dries. This method also yields excellent results.

Potatoes are super
Everyone loves French fries. But how many know that the same potato can also banish dark circles? Place potato slices on your eyes, or apply potato juice under your eyes to quickly reduce dark circles. For best results, use this method consistently for at least a week.

Apply eucalyptus oil at night
Vitamin A in eucalyptus oil is a solution for various skin problems. Before going to bed, soak a cotton pad in eucalyptus oil and apply it to the dark circles under your eyes. You will see amazing results within days.

tomatoes provide a bleaching effect
A mixture of tomatoes and lemon juice, both rich in antioxidants, is also excellent for reducing dark circles. Mix equal quantities of both, apply under the eyes, and wash off with cool water after 10-15 minutes. Repeat once or twice a week.

Good food and good sleep
No matter how many beauty products you use, healthy sleep and diet are essential for healthy skin and face. Therefore, include vegetables, fruits, and high-fibre foods in your diet. Aim for at least six hours of sleep.
