Registration for Manorama’s ‘Bonne Sante’ wellness challenge begins

Here is a great opportunity to resume your fitness regimen that was disrupted following the COVID-19 pandemic. Malayala Manorama's 'Bonne Sante the Wellness Challenge' aims to inspire people to adopt healthy habits in the New Year.

Bonne Sante, which is a French phrase wishing you good health, organised by Manorama will be held on a virtual platform from February 15 to 21. Participants can take up jogging or walking as part of the challenge in three categories – 14, 21 and 42 km.

Rules

Any person aged above five years can take part in Manorama's Bonne Sante by submitting a registration fee of Rs 250. The challenge could be performed inside the house, on the premises or at a playground.

Another event, a Cycling Challenge over a distance of 100 km, is also arranged for people above 18 years of age.

According to the rules, contestants have to take part in the challenge on all the six days. They can use any fitness app to monitor the progress of their health.

An e-medal, e-certificate and a T-shirt are the rewards awaiting every participant. Moreover, special prizes would be presented to lucky winners.
