Allu Arjun reveals his fitness secret and shares a few tips

Telugu super star Allu Arjun is often touted as the most energetic actor in South India. Dubbed versions of his movies like ‘Arya’ and ‘Bunny’ became super hits in Kerala when Malayalis weren’t familiar with Telugu cinema.

Now, he is lovingly called ‘Mallu’ Arjun by his admirers in Kerala. Allu has once again wowed the audience with his mass performance in the latest blockbuster ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. His incredible energy and fitness were particularly noticeable. Allu, who amazes the audience with his fabulous dance moves never compromises on his fitness. Here is the secret of Allu’s fitness and his energetic persona.

45 minutes jogging
Allu begins his day with this power packed jogging exercise. In a recent interview, Allu had revealed that he enjoys a good run every morning. His jogging session usually lasts for 45 minutes to an hour.

Hard work
Hard work and consistency are the key to maintaining a fit mind and body. Allu makes sure to include six to eight workout sessions a week, in his schedules. Whenever he feels lazy, he would cut it down to three or four sessions.

Calisthenics
It is a form of work out using one’s own body weight and not any other equipment. Push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dip, jumps, squats, crunches and jumping rope are some of the popular calisthenic exercises. Allu reportedly is a fan of such work outs and regularly includes these in his sessions.

Cycling
Allu likes to bring variety to his work out sessions to make them fun and enjoyable. So, he occasionally chooses cycling to keep his body fit.

Vegetarian diet
Good and healthy food too is required to maintain a fit body. Besides strict workout, Allu follows a healthy and wholesome diet that includes lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. He enjoys a bar of chocolate every day to satiate his craving for sweet.
