Low carbohydrates

Cutting down the carbs could reduce obesity, belly fat and effectively prevent type 2 diabetes too. Bakery snacks, candies and white bread that are loaded with carbohydrates should be avoided.

Fibre rich diet

Eating food that is rich in healthy fibres could help reduce weight. Fruits, veggies, whole oats and pulses are store house of fibre.

Exercise

Work out is essential to reduce weight and belly fat. Aerobic exercises like walking, jogging and swimming are excellent to burn fat.

Quantity of food

Even if you eat food that is high in protein and low in carbs, it is not going to help if you eat them in huge portions. So, it is important to be mindful of the portions in case you are trying to lose weight. Counting calories and nutrients is an effective method to shed weight in a healthy way.
