Milk, which is rich in vitamins and calcium, has many health benefits. Milk can be used in various forms like butter, cheese, payasam, milkshake, curd, and ice cream. All of these add variety to Indian cuisine. But it is also said that everything from acne to stomach problems can be caused in some people by drinking milk. Milk is an excellent source of protein. It is rich in bone-healthy calcium and vitamin D. By drinking milk daily, bones and joints become firm.

Lactose intolerance
If you have lactose intolerance, your body won't be able to fully digest the lactose or sugar in milk and it will result in bloating, gas, and diarrhea after consuming dairy products. The symptoms can be uncomfortable, but it is a relatively harmless condition. As for acne, some experts opine that milk isn't directly the cause of it. Drinking milk sourced from cows treated with artificial hormones can ruin your hormonal balance and trigger acne.
