In the hit Bollywood film 'Dil Dhadakne Do,' Anil Kapoor's character is hospitalised with intense chest pain during his wedding anniversary function. However, to the family's relief, the discomfort turned out to be just gas pain. This happens often in our households, too, where people mistake a heart attack for gas or vice versa.

While the gas pain is harmless, ignoring a heart attack as gas can be dangerous. Is there a way to differentiate between the two if you experience chest discomfort out of the blue?
