How to do viparita karani?

1. Gently lie down on your back, near a wall.
2. Swing your legs up the wall.

4. Rest your arms on your side.
5. Do slow, deep breaths
6. Stay in the position for a maximum of three minutes for relaxation.
7. Once done, bend your knees, roll to any side slowly and carefully, to come out of the pose.
