Kochi: Popular Malayalam actor and director Sreenivasan is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Angamaly. He has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital due to heart ailments.
He was hospitalised on March 30 after he complained of chest pain. An Angiogram test revealed that he is suffering from triple vessel disease. Subsequently, he underwent a bypass surgery on March 31.
There is slight improvement in Sreenivasan's health condition and he is responding to treatment, according to the doctors at the hospital.
