Wayanad woman dies in road accident at Gundulpet in Karnataka

Wayanad : A 23-year-old woman from Meenangadi died when she was thrown off the two-wheeler she riding pillion at Madhur, Gundulpet, in Karnataka on Monday night.
Ashly, the daughter of Kappikkunnu Neettumkara Sabu from Meenangadi, was travelling with a relative when the accidents happened. She was returning home from Mysore after Dasara celebrations. The person riding the bike escaped with minor injuries, sources said.

Ashly was working as a teacher at an institution in Meenangadi. The last rites will be held at the cemetery of St Peter's and St. Paul's Cathedral, Meenangadi on Wednesday, family members said.
