Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday, while considering the bail petition of MS Solutions CEO Shuhaib, asked the parties to produce the video in which he allegedly leaked the question paper.

Shuhaib had submitted in his petition that he predicted the probable questions based on previous question papers. The Counsel appearing for Shuhaib sought permission from the Court to allow the petitioner also to come before the Court on the next date so that he could explain the methodology of prediction. Justice P V Kunhikrishnan did not accept this request.

The Court asked the parties to produce the videos and question paper on the 31st of this month so that it can go through it before the case is taken up again.
